I just landed in Italy this morning (AA 198) and need to ticket an on-hold reservation that expires @ midnight. Can't pay online as I want to use a $300 credit that expires in March. I'm sitting on the phone. Was disconnected once after 20 minutes - current call just passed 26 minutes.

Anybody have a good shortcut?
Is there a way to just ticket online and then go back at them and ask them to refund the $300 credit value to me as they aren't answering the phone??

It's almost 9PM in Italy and I'd really like to get this ticketed so I can go to sleep.
