Whatever tech issue that was preventing the linkage seems to have cleared for me. I had create a brand new Canadian Uber account that was repeatedly failing. On Feb 7th i tried linking to Uber Eats and it finally worked with no changes on my side. Not sure if the issue is gone or just intermittent but I am at least good now.
