I entered the payment information into the paybot and luckily it worked and Ima picked back up immediately.
I now have my tickets. Two and a half hours later.
If you're actually ticketed and confirmed, then to me this all sounds like TK's phone award ticket booking has improved since last time I used them in 2020. The payment bot did not work for me, even after several calls, and I had to make a payment at the airport.
