WTH -- purchased USB VGCs from Kro. Insert says initial PIN is last 4 digits, but unable to liquidate at WMT or Albertsons. Back of card and insert lists 888-853-9536 as number to change PIN, but that seems to be an inactive phone number. Anyone know a workaround?
you phone number might be blocked like mine, try a different phone. USB tends to block folks' phone number and IP address. need to get google voice and VPN.
