How is this allowed by a hotel or even by Hyatt?

I have an upcoming Grand Hyatt stay and now received an email from the GM asking if I wanted to pay $25/night in advance to access their swimming pool 😧🤐😳😳😳

Any tips on what should I tell my hyatt conceirge?
