Wow. And here I am 10 weeks after the flight still waiting. Submitted a request around the end of December, so only 6 weeks from that date. Anyone know if there is a way to escalate this? My attempts at calling and getting credited over the phone have been worthless. I just receive the same canned response, over and over, that I need to submit the request for credit (or that they'll do that for me) and partner airlines can take 6-8 weeks. Not only that, but if the request is resubmitted, they tell me that the 6-8 week clock will start over. What the hell.
