Hmm... I stayed at a hotel in Hawaii recently and used a SNA to request an oceanview king. I got an oceanview two queens and was told that the SNA did not guarantee the bed type (so I lost the SNAs). Otherwise it was such a wonderful stay that it's not a big enough deal to complain about, but I would have said something at check-in had I known bed types are guaranteed.
