Two of the four flights posted by submitting online. I then called Customer Service, They had me submit proof of the remaining two flights by email. I was told to submit both my husband's and my flights on the same email. I did so 3 or 4 days ago. Now I wait. It's roughly 30K miles x 2 at stake, so important to me. Fortunately we had already crossed the line for the new 100K status.
