flights you see showing up will be accurate…until things change. Which throughout the pandemic, country reopening/rule changes, etc, has been happening way more than in the past. Most countries in Asia are not fully open, and so the flights UA wants to run will depend on the how the market is. hence the TPAC pull downs you are seeing…flights will be coming back as demand does…even a country reopening does not necessarily mean the demand will be there - there also needs to be business demand, which there still isn’t nearly to the extent there was pre-pandemic.
I’d say that even now, you should expect that anything more than 2 months out and there’s a decent chance of changes. This especially applies to international, and within that, especially to Asia as that area of the world has been much slower to re-opening than, say, Europe.
