I did once (many years ago) just take a case to their office in Maidenhead and they fixed the zipper there and then (this was a warranty claim through the luggage manufacturer). So if you live nearby that is maybe an option (you would need to check with them in advance).
Otherwise, I would buy from the luggage manufacturer themselves. Or possibly available on ebay or somewhere similar. I guess it depends on the make.
