Guest access is per Card Member, not per Card. Family or guests may not enter or remain in the lounge unless accompanied in the lounge by the Card Member. No more than two guests per day will receive admittance to the lounge at no additional charge.
This language clearly handles the situation where I have a "vanilla" Platinum and a CS Platinum but if you wanted to be tricky there may be an argument to be made that the "Card Member" is different between the personal card (Mr. Straightahead) versus the business card (Straightahead, LLC)... I don't think that argument holds water but I didn't want to answer with definitive certainty because it is not something I have ever tried. Just that I suspect the answer to be "No, you're limited to 2 complimentary guests" based upon the language above. [MENTION=21736]mia[/MENTION] clarified below that this language also captures business cards, so, it is a definitive "no"
This answer may differ for Priority Pass lounges (where I imagine you are issued an additional PP account for your cards) or even some of the other Global Lounge Collection lounges that don't fit into either of those boxes.
