FA came around shortly after reaching 10,000 feet and acknowledged my pre-order. He asked if I wanted it now or prior to landing. It came in the package, not plated
Nice that the F&C Plate is packaged on the red-eye since I'd probably just take it to-go if I didn't feel like eating during the flight.
