Yes, I think this is possible with a little trick:
1. Start by selecting any destination airport (not a country or region)
2. You will be redirected to the extended flight form, now you're able to limit your search to one or more airline/s
3. After picking the airlines, change your destination to something broader (example "europe")
4. You will now see the map again, but the airlines will still be limited to your selection

However there might be some issues if your destionation airport (1.) does not support all airlines.
