Th. I tried something new today and opened a 2 new cards at the store and called USB customer service to check and confirm if the 16 card number has ever been attempted for a transaction. Sure enough the USB customer rep confirmed that 1 card was compromised since Dec 23rd so I chucked it aside away from where anyone can buy this card and the other card is fine which is the one I bought.
I tried to call them like you di, but hold time was over 30 mins each time, so I gave up.
