I had this back in November on a domestic from Aberdeen. Flight was cancelled and ended up on the one three hours later. A full A321 offloaded via the rear door on to buses with a wait for the last one. Then to top it off it took over forty minutes for the bags to arrive.

From when the engines were switched off to walking out of reclaim the time was longer than the actual flight.
