Just a heads up - this was a total nothing burger. I booked my Son and Fathers ticket with points while logged into my Aeroplan. I was NOT a passenger and it was just them on the PNR and it allowed me to select preferred seats at no charge. I then completed the transaction for them and then booked my cash ticket on a separate PNR. No fraud, No drama.
