I've also noticed that; however, a good, UK-based travel agent should have access to the UK point of sale for a Dublin route. (As will a bad one, but they'll mess you around with changes and cancellations).
I've seen this kind of thing before, but not to the same extent as this year, where I and A-class are readily available in the UK, but more expensive - while ex-EU fares are similar, just with more flexibility.
