It's a bit of an obstacle course on the right hand side, you've got the ground power that extends out at the front, the parking area for service vehicles and the RoboTugs den so that would stop it being used as any sort of pedestrian route, then assuming your arrival hasn't come as a surprise you may already have people faffing with the holds to further clutter the area, the centre lines also look to be to the right so I can't imagine there'd be any space for buses on the right.
