I was disappointed with the in flight service or lack of it. The crew were very late resulting in a long wait to board, but we were offered pre flight drinks.
On our return leg, last night, I was able to get 1A & 2A, maybe because I had just reached dizzy heights of Gold!

The downside was that my seat had no headphones ( the others did) and despite two requests they never arrived, which was Sod’s law as I left my own in hold bag.

As an aside, boarding was a real scramble as they announced groups 12 and three together and then left us all standing on the air bridge for about half an hour, as the crew had discovered they were 38 meals short. The captain announced that those that weren’t fed would either be offered food in the lounge or a voucher on arrival at Heathrow. Upon arrival at Heathrow, He apologised for the delay and hoped we would return and they would try and offer a better service.
