I've done this route in every class (it depends who's paying). I don't love the thought of Y either. But we only decided to travel on Saturday once we got negative PCR tests, and I'm not dragging my wife and 4 year-old to Schiphol or some such to save a few hundred quid on WTP. Last minute J prices are sporty. In fact, with a 4 year-old in tow, WTP isn't so attractive because the armrests don't move,. We have an exit row seat for myself, and wife and daugher right behind.We'll survive, I'm sure. And to revert to the topic, we'll pick something better than a frozen ham/cheese crossiant at T5 Pret.
