Planning a trip in early August 2022. Does anyone have an e-mail contact for the hotel/ hotel GM?

Points for rooms are sky high and no standard rooms available so instead of booking 2 rooms I was thinking of booking 1 suite. Does anyone know if the sofa in the living room becomes a sofa bed so (teenage) kids can sleep on it? If not, is it possible to pay extra for a roll-away?

Also, any feedback on if Executive Lounge is open post COVID era?
