Hotel has regular rooms for sale but only premium rooms for points
It's bad enough when Country Inn (Santa Ana) refuses to upgrade Platinum members to slightly larger rooms that they are up-selling for $14 more per night.
Now I see that the Radisson Chatsworth is selling regular rooms on all days but only making premium rooms available for points.
Is there a Radisson officer we can report this to, or can the hotel franchisees just do whatever they want?
