This is for the SM Charity thing back in Dec. I got in under the deadline but accidentally used a Visa instead of a MC. I think AA should pay up, why on Earth did the site accept Visas? Regardless, I'm willing to just do a chargeback and call it a day, my mistake. I emailed SM twice 12/27 and 1/7 and got 1 response on 1/19 asking for proof, which I submitted. Haven't heard back! So I wrote them back on 2/4. If they tell me to pound sand, that's fine. But please have the decency to respond. Ofc, I am approaching the 60 day CB window so the point may be moot. Really not fair to the Charity either as I told them. Not sure who these people are that they can answer 33% of inquiries with no consequences. I think the DMV has better customer service!
Ofc, none of this bodes well for AA Shopping (yes I know that's a different company). I'm currently brainstorming a letter writing campaign (yes I'm one of those people) but suffice it to say my outlook is far less rosy than on Jan 1:
