This email works, I had two issues, 1) I was 198 miles short of 4 more stickers when I hit Platinum Pro. Within 24-hours, I received an email that 4 stickers had been deposited into my account. 2) My wife made Platinum Pro with the EQD waiver for CC spend, after two weeks, her account still showed Platinum. Within 24-hours, received an email that her account status had been updated to Platinum Pro.

So thanks for that email address. It worked great!
