Apologies in advance … I am a newbie on this forum and just wanted some confirmation that I am on the right track. I have a 241 voucher which is due to expire on the 19th Feb 2022. From reading the previous posts, my understanding is that I will not lose this voucher, providing I make a booking using the voucher, then cancel the booking within 24hours. This will give me a refund by means of a FTV and the 241 will be reinstated for a period of 12 months from the date of the cancelled booking. Is this correct?

If that is the case, can you further advise me on the following? Last month I booked a long haul flight for March 2022 using another 241 voucher (I was unaware of the cancellation trick until today … doah!) If I am fortunate enough to get the Feb 2022 voucher extended, do you think it would be possible to amend my March booking using the Feb voucher, as the one that I used has an expiry in 2023?

Any advice would be gratefully received.
