From what I recall pre-COVID, the service with KE was on par with DL. Food on KE was great because I love spice. The seats on the A380 weren't great as others have noted they don't fully recline and they're configured 2-2-2. The on board "lounge" is not enough of a draw to fly this again in J. The 747 was a far better hard product on KE than in D1 as it's more spacious.
