IHG certainly doesn’t make this easy to figure out. They indeed used to have a specific exclusion for F&B at Kimptons, but that language looks to have been removed and replaced by a more generic catch all that says there are properties where such earnings are excluded, without specifying which ones.

But I can confirm that all of my F&B spend at Kimptons in 2021 posted as non-qualifying and no points were earned.
