I guess you are doing this on her behalf, from her account? You can be nominated as a 'third party nominee' on her account. You will need to give some characters from the password you (she) sets. She (you) can set this up from Manage my Account.
As an Executive Club Member, you can nominate up to five people who are allowed to manage your account on your behalf. This means that British Airways can disclose data relating to your account to any of the people you have nominated.
Your third party nominees will have access to your Household Account Avios balance, if you have one, but will not be able to update other individual's accounts within the Household Account unless they have been nominated to do so.
When your third party nominee gets in touch with an Executive Club Service Centre they will be asked some security questions, which includes providing part of the password you've created for them.
