I wear one pair of Jimmy Choos to travel as I refuse to adopt the slob look so beloved today and wear heels - actually I always wear heels. Mr Doctor tells me that I shouldn't but it is'nt him who gets to wear them. Shoes are the killer so a pair of comfortable and very lightweight shoes and the same for Him Indoors.

What takes up dsiproportional space is all the dratted cables and chargers for Iphones and Ipads. At least old amenity kits do fine but they take space. Make up? Hand bag and travel samples accumulated in Paris.

Do you get the picture?
Oh dear Pucci, you are speaking the story of my life When I first met my other half she used to insist on bringing a suitcase the size of a shipping container on every trip, even if just for a weekend. Much careful convincing later we got it negotiated down to hand luggage only but still struggling to reinforce it to this day (300 pairs of shoes and 500 different outfits for a long weekend is apparently the starting point for negotiations )
