Facing this issue right now for JB - The award fees take that long to be added to your Travel bank? What a nightmare. I can't even rebook right away after cancelling an award ticket
Edit: Nvm, the Travel bank went to my P2's account instantly, but it was not made clear at all in the email, and the folks on iMessage chat really don't give af about informing customers
