Stayed at the Hilton in Bishkek. Got the Mrs some yak fur slippers from the gift shop.

The mention of the Lake Palace in Udaipur brings back memories. Had dinner at the lake palace, but stayed in town. The hotel offers what might be the most romantic dinner setting in the world. They have floating table for two set off of the island. The waitstaff comes to you in a boat and you turn a light on to request them. All the low budget hotels in Udaipur offer a nightly screening of the Bond flick Octopussy and its rickshaw scene set in the city.
