Am PLT and called Thu night to change a Sat (today) flt. Couldn't change it online or on the app even tho it was booked with AA (perhaps b/c intl). Was quoted >4 hours for the callback. Next morning I called again and wasn't offered a callback but was told that hold times were longer than normal. Waited 90 min and then got a great agent who made my flt change. Then in the afternoon I got a callback (18 hours after my initial Thu night call).

I don't have a complaint about the wait time given what happened Thu but it was annoying that I couldn't make a simple flt change on the app or website. My original Sat flt ended up being canceled so I'm really glad I pushed it back a few days.

Another recent complaint is that I could apply flight credit funds to a new booking on aa.com since the option to use them didn't show up on the payment page. Had to call (and wait) just to book the flight with the credit applied.
