4+ hours for me too, 5:30PM EST February 5. Not a major issue for me as the flight isn't for 7 weeks. However, I probably need to speak to someone since I want to change to a different day (because they cancelled my original flight and the rebooking isn't OK with me). They really shouldn't hassle me because it's only about a 1-hour change - from 11:30PM to 12:45AM, but to them it's a different day.
