I tried a coupe weeks ago on 737-9, 2 legs (last leg SFO to Kona).Google messages I could not get to work.seemed to want to send but never did. Signal worked fine (from SFO worked about 40 minutes until Viasat gave out).Will test in return over Pacific as plane supposed to have Panasonic wifi.i have nothing important to text anyone but will do it just to test. I have Android and don't use any FB product, so Signal or Google Messages for SMS in my case.
Forgot...sent a picture successfully with Signal...hope UAL doesn't read this.just a test wont do it again.
