InterContinental Times Square is a typical business new york hotel: poor service and personalization, charmless rooms and interior design, uninspired breakfast.
Convenient if you need to stay in the area, but that’s it.
Still views on high floor can be nice and a soft renovation has been made recently.
That's what I'm expecting based on what people have said, so anything above that I'll take as a bonus.
We do need to be in the area so location wise it's perfect for what we need. Decent views will be a plus too, its always great being high up in cities like NYC.
I always find a marked difference in service and hard product in the US compared with European equivalents.
