Called last night at 7:30 PM. Quoted "over 4 hours" for a callback. It came at 5:30 AM when I was asleep so about 10 hours later.
I tried this morning at 7:45 AM and was quoted "between 2 and a half and 3 and a half hours". I tried to remain on hold but gave up after 20 minutes.
