As an EXP, I got a callback yesterday after 40 minutes at 9am, but then called again at 2pm and waited 8 hours for a callback.

I also traveled yesterday and witnessed first-hand what a nightmare of a travel day it was. I was scheduled on the B6 JFK-MSY non-stop at around 2:30, but decided to fly JFK-MIA-MSY at 11am instead to get out of NYC ahead of the weather. But even MIA, which had no weather issues, was experiencing significant issues as crews and aircraft were out of place all over the system. An earlier MIA-MSY flight had been canceled due to crew availability issues. Fortunately my flight was only about 40 minutes late as we waited for an FA to show up.

BTW, my original B6 flight ended up being delayed by five hours due to a combination of weather and maintenance issues. I’m sorry for all those passengers, but I love having had my decision to switch flights validated!
