Another data point. I cancelled LM award tickets on 21st October and 3rd November 2020...all the miles were redeposited within a few days but as I type no refund of the taxes as yet although they are not a huge amount...but still...one of the emails mentioned that it will take 5 months for the $ refund and another 30 days
Update: One took about 9 months, the other 14 months!!
