Our flight is landing from the US in DEL around 1:30AM. (The flight is via FRA.) I need to purchase a ticket from DEL to BOM. Vistara UK975 departing at 05.45 seems like the ideal amount of time however i see that it keeps getting canceled on flightaware ... other options include Air Asia India departing DEL at 04.25 and Spice Jet departing DEL at 06.20 followed by Air India at 07.00 - Can anyone with experience share which one airline will be the easiest transfer from an international flight? One advantage of AI would be I can possibly ask for a through checkin at the point of origin given its part of Star Alliance but that wait seems terrible given I'm travelling with my family. Any suggestions?
Stick to either Vistara or Air India. This way you won't have to change terminals.
