Thanks for the response, such a huge difference in hold times. I have an entire spreadsheet for all the times I got screwed over in the last 120 days with AA. This is getting out of hand, not sure if switching to Delta or United will be any better unfortunately. :/
my phone experiences with AA have been quite positive in the last couple years (even as a lowly gold for a while). Usually get a call back within an hour where as with DL (no status) I got call backs hours later including once at 1:30am! Also, AA seemed to offer call back proactively within a few minutes of calling whereas with DL it seemed to take a lot phone tree navigation before being given the option
