It seems like it's hit or miss if my Hertz number connects properly when I booked through the Priceline auto slash quote link. Like two I did today ended up with the gold after the Hertz reservation number and two other didn't.

I looked back to one I rented last year that didn't have it, but HLE said my PC status showed up when they input my Driver's license as it's linked to my account. I haven't tested this out since as my last Hertz rental in LAS in Jan had the number link d and the gold as part of the Hertz reservation number.
