EXP Desk response times have been horrendous in recent years.
Thanks for the response, such a huge difference in hold times. I have an entire spreadsheet for all the times I got screwed over in the last 120 days with AA. This is getting out of hand, not sure if switching to Delta or United will be any better unfortunately. :/
