I flew CDG-MEX (AF-Fup) then MEX-GRU (AM-J, all on single AM ticket) and the LP conceirge in CDG was able to book me a driver in GRU from airport to destination. So I think ground services apply to whole trip.

Yes. However, if LP ground service in CDG is what you really want and you are in J, then you can buy LP ground service for EUR 250 I believe. How or who you call to book this I have no idea...
