AAdvantage Platinum Service Desk - Does it still exist?
Sorry I searched all over the web and I can't find any information.
Long story short, I remember a few years ago whenever I called AA, they would answer almost immediately. Now, as an Executive Platinum, I have to wait 8+ hours to get a call back. Did they get rid of the Platinum Service Desk?
I've also been waiting since October to hear back from customer relations.
