So I'm not saying definitively that it can't/won't happen. But just that I've had good luck with getting this moved/changed/canceled even past the cancellation window.
Well I’m not very optimistic about that, because there’re multiple recent Tripadvisor reviews for this hotel from disgruntled people being charged exorbitant cash penalty fees for cancelling award stays due to someone in the family getting Covid last minute, with hotel GM reportedly not budging at all.
(I will not naming this property because I don’t want them to be on the lookout.)
