This is the exact wording of an email I received from AA a few weeks ago. The email was sent from: [email protected]

In order to resolve your request as quickly as possible, keep the same subject line and forward this message to
[email protected]. Or, you can securely upload your documents by visiting aa.com/contactacs and selecting the subject “Mileage credit (other airlines).”
