We have a three night stay coming up the last week of April (Wednesday to Saturday). The concierge has been very helpful so far; we've planning a private hike and dinner reservations. The spa doesn't have a schedule yet for our dates but the receptionist was very nice. Took all my information for myself and my husband, the date and time we were interested, and said if I don't hear from them by March 15 to give them a call back. We're looking forward to it, first trip away from our to be 10 month old. I've also seen that upgrades are easily given from other reviews, but they may be a little out of date. Can anyone confirm this for a platinum?
