Have had several ITA trips since they took over in 15 Octobre, but only intra-EU/UK: TRS-FCO a dozen times, FCO-BRU/-CDG/-ATH/-LHR. They are doing well, all considered, but it does feel a bit haphazard at moments, especially outside Italy (LHR check-in was a mess last month).
Pre-Covid I had many, many (too many?) AZ intercontinental flights in J. Always loved the service and seats, professional crew, excellent menus. Haven't had the chance since then - all US-Italy flights have been with Delta or AF via CDG.
