A friend of mine is trying to book a circle trip ORD-Cancun-Guadalahara-ORD. He'd like to stop over in Cancun.

RA's at both NW and CO tell him it can't be done outside the US. ???

I thought an international circle trip was pretty common? And if he's going with Skyteam, shouldn't they be able to put one together for him?

btw, he can go either paid or award tix.
