May I ask how you get money off an American Express Serve or Bluebird? I have been seeing reports for months that paying banks from a Serve/BB account has gotten totally screwed up.
I haven’t used BB or Serve in few years so not familiar with the current situation with bill payment from them being amiss. The whole purpose of getting these cards was for MS…load with Visa or MC GC bought with cc and then pay cc bill from BB/Serve account. If bill payment is not working correctly now then these cards are worthless for MS.
Many account shutdowns with these cards being used for MS in past and currently if not used for regular purchases. It’s a crap shoot for when you will get account closed by Amex.
